As a social economic organization, the enterprise only receive social recognition and acceptance, it can keep exuberant vitality, and continue to grow stronger in the exchange of resources and the social continuous. Though actively fulfill the social responsibility, it helps enterprise to achieve widespread social recognition and acceptance, expand the development space. Today,more and more enterprises undertake social responsibility as an important strategy of sustainable development. If enterprise wants to keep sustainable development, they must be out of the primitive accumulation development mode, and social responsibility is the only way. On the other hand, the length of the organization is directly proportional to the moral level of the organization. So, in order to achieve the long-term development of the enterprise, from the point of view of enterprise strategic management, the study on the effect of corporate values to social responsibility is necessary.This thesis selects the Hainan airlines co., LTDas the research object, using the method of "grounded theory" for each phase of the Hainan airlines and analysis the corporate values at various stages of the impact of corporate social responsibility performance.Therefore, from the perspective of strategic management, our thesis, corporate values as the breakthrough point," values, beliefs, attitudes, actions" as the logical thought, will explore the corporate values impact on the social responsibility strategy. This thesis has five chapters. The 1st Chapter is the introduction, mainly introduced the research background, significance, also the study methods and contents. In the introduction to research methods, we emphatically introduce the meaning and the analysis process of grounded theory. The 2st Chapter introduces the literature review and the related basic theories, summarized and reviewed the corporate values theory, the corporate social responsibility theory,the social responsibility performance theory, and the institutional theory. The 3st Chapter is a case study, specifically adopting Grounded Theory to analyze each stage of Hainan Airline’s social responsibility performance. Chapter 4 is the results of this research, which summarizes the models of Hainan Airline’s social responsibility performance. In the final chapter, we make comments and point out the limitations and deficiencies of this study, and moreover, raise the prospect for future research.
