In recent years, China's rapid economic development, for several years maintained a steady trend of high growth, economic output has already surpassed Japan to become t he world's second, rapid economic development pace of development of Chinese enterp rises are obvious, whether it is business performance and scale. With the development o f enterprises, public enterprises has been increasing concern about the growing number of scholars began to study corporate social responsibility. CSR originated in Western co untries, in China started late, but since the birth of our corporate social responsibility, it is related to the controversial theory. However, it is worth noting that the development o f a diversified economy, making enterprises more competitive, more and more entrepren eurs have realized that in order to win a place in the market, they should bear the respon sibility is necessary, not only their obligations, and also his back opportunities in the co mmunity, but also gain additional benefits, such as the brand is well-known, recognized by society. So, to fulfill their social responsibility in the end will bring what kind of resu Its, is increased cost and unrewarding, an enterprise or an investment long-term develop ment. This question has been plagued by domestic and foreign scholars and business ma nagers.Firstly, the concept of corporate social responsibility and corporate values were def ined, including the latest research results, as well as their respective origins. Under the c oncept of carding, this paper corporate social responsibility divided in five areas:respon sibility to shareholders and creditors, staff responsibilities, suppliers and consumers, as well as responsibility for the government's responsibility, and theoretically analyzed cor porate responsibility in these areas impact on corporate value.Thirdly, we rebuild CSR evaluation, and these indicators as independent variables studied, the book capitalization ratio improved as a measure of corporate value. I selecte d 2013--2014 years in Shaanxi Province 37 listed companies as samples, a total of 74 sa mples first were verified each independent variable on the dependent variable relationsh ip, and then weed out the non-significant variables, and finally all preserved argument w ith into a multivariate regression model was tested. The conclusion most of the propose d hypothesis is verified.Finally, the author summarizes the whole article, and simply gives the correspondi ng policy recommendations, and proposed a lack of research in this paper as well as sug gestions for future related research.
