With the rapid development of internet and e-commerce, China has entered the era of internet economy. Internet with the expansion of the scale of users began to infiltrate into all aspects of daily life, and promote the transformation of traditional industries. More and more traditional enterprises actively started to use internet based on huge net citizen and internet applications. This situation fundamentally broken the edge of online internet companies and offline entity service enterprises, and laid a solid foundation for the cooperation of online and offline(O2O) auto service industry. Under this trend, O2 O mode has become an important choice for the transformation and upgrading of many traditional industries. This is also a fast lane for traditional service industry to step into a new integrated and rapid development.Although, auto service industry drove by China’s rapid economic growth has been rapidly developed, part of automobile service enterprises also began to use net positively; issues such as small enterprise scale, short service radius, single means of promotions and random customer choices also exist. How to solve the bottleneck of auto service industry development and form leading enterprises which have brand effect in this industry is the key to these issues.For the above problems, this thesis takes advantage of the basic study method, research and comb classical literatures and writings on relevant domestic and foreign electronic commerce, O2 O, auto service industry, and internet application innovation. In order to understand major situation of related industries, in-depth interviews towards industry experts, electric business platform, auto service enterprises has been conducted. Through case analysis and development model research of existing domestic O2 O platforms, this paper will put forward O2 O business model which is suitable for auto service industry, and prove the feasibility of O2 O mode via business model analysis, SWOT analysis and PEST analysis. At the same time detailed demand analysis will be made specific to the three parties of O2 O platform ecological structure, which is the automobile service enterprises, consumers and manufacturers, implementing the closed-loop of O2 O platform service through combing O2 O platform process.Finally, this thesis will prove through examples that combining auto service industry and internet will be an effective method to realize rapid and sustained development of automobile service enterprises.
