| Tianfu Auto Service Co.Ltd was founded in 1986,formerly known as the construction of tire repair shop,completed in 2003 changed its name.Registered capital of 5 Million,the total assets of 210 Million.Tianfu Auto Service Co.Ltd is mainly engaged in automotive repair,tire sales and repair,automotive beauty services.After the 2013 economic crisis and national policy change,the enterprise of the original strategy already can not adapt to the future development of the enterprise,the emergence of the slow development of the situation.Firstly,in this paper,the development course of Tianfu Auto Service Co.,sorting,then the internal environment and external environment were analyzed,and the competitor is also analyzed by using Potter's five forces model,and use SWOT analysis model to analyze the Tianfu Auto Service Co.,its strengths and weaknesses and external opportunities and threats,and provide the basis for the strategic.Secondly,This paper has developed five specific development strategies for Tianfu Auto Service Co.Ltd;according to the actual situation,from the enterprise operation,the responsibilities of departments,the core culture etc.to put forward specific strategic plan.Finally,the implementation of Tianfu auto strategy plan from five aspects the advantages of enterprises,adjusting organization,science and technology enterprises,government policy and the enterprise management;and from the organization,human resources,management and culture in four aspects to perfect the system to ensure effective implementation of the strategy. |
