In recent 20 years, with the rapid growth of our country economy, increasing the income of residents, the tourism industry has gradually developed. According to industry data, China’s tourism industry average growth reached more than 7%, the vigorous development of benefit from tourism, other related industries is also growing, the tourism industry has gradually grown into a new force in the country’s economic growth, more and more proportion in the economic development of our country’s higher. The Industry scale expand drastically, with the fierce competition, how to stand out in the industry, and become the best of industry, is the hottest issue of company, and the formulation of strategy is top priority. Now JX company ushered in a good opportunity, The Company which had single tourism business before, gradually get involved in higher-margin industry of film and TV culture, and trying to diversify, That leaves a major task-list for corporations. In this paper, combined with the analysis on internal and external factors of opportunities and threats about JX company, the writer proposed the corresponding development strategic planning, which could provide decision-making gist for JX company.The paper is based on the strategic management theory, combined with the domestic and international situation of economic, analysis of the industry and the company’s internal and external environment, using the theory of SWOT to reach a conclusion: in the environment of recovery about the global economy and domestic economy to stabilize, the demand of tourism and travel will continue growing, but the industry competition being more and more aggravated. The internal advantages of JX company is the stable growth in tourism, get involved in higher-margin industry of film and TV culture, but it is just contacts film and TV industry, the resource capacity is insufficient, the key talents are unstable. Therefore, the combination of the advantages and disadvantages of the JX tour, the need to develop strategic planning accordingly, introduce professionals, business diversification, new areas of development, promote the company’s successful transition, enable the company to create brilliant.
