In recent 10 years,China's economy maintain stability of the high speed development,the national income increase,tourism into a period of rapid development.In 2016,China's tourism industry to the comprehensive contribution of 11%of the national economy,tourism has been integrated into the national economic and social development of the country,become a strategic pillar industry of national economy.The vigorous development of tourism industry directly led to the domestic tourism investment boom,more and more companies began to seek to develop tourism industry.In 2015,GT tourism co.,LTD.Combined with the conditions of its operation and management decision from the real estate industry gradually transforming to tourism,but face many difficulties in the process of transformation and upgrading.How foothold in the fierce competition in the tourism industry,the smooth transition of the existing real estate business at the same time,in order to realize the enterprise long-term development targets,is a major problem,companies are now facing needs to determine the company's development strategy.Based on the theory of strategic management,this paper takes the domestic economy and international economic situationg and the development trend of the industry trends as the background,combined with the GT company facing opportunities and threats of the company by SWOT analysis,put forward the corresponding development strategy plan:At the steady economic development in the domestic and foreign environment,the national travel demand continues to increase,the company should seize opportunity for rapid development of tourism,make good use of its own funds,real estate development experience and rich internal resources advantage,development tourism projects,but the company has just set foot in the tourism industry,lack of professional persons and experience in the development of tourism projects,it needs to develop a strategic plan which is match the company and help it to achieve the transformation and upgrading,enable the company to achieve long-term development.
