In recent years, with the development of economy and the expansion of the sc ale of investment in fixed assets of the country, and the rapid technical developme nt of the construction industry, it makes the construction enterprises ushered in a g ood opportunity for development. But at the same time, Brain drain is serious imba lance of construction industry,especially the management personnel. In this paper, t hrough the combination of theory and practice, we confirm that the grass-roots man agement of A construction enterprise group as the research object of analysis, and using questionnaire survey for 214 grass-roots management of A enterprise. The res ults of the survey were analyzed with the method of description validity and reliabi lity analysis, regression analysis, and variance analysis, by SPSS21.0 statistical soft ware, and put forward the improvement and relevant improvement programmes and measures.In this paper, through the study on the influence factors of job satisfaction of the grass-roots management of A construction enterprise, we subdivided job satisfact ion as work reward satisfaction, work background satisfaction, system and managem ent satisfaction, work group satisfaction and enterprise satisfaction. According to the different demographic factors, we explored the demographic factors influence on jo b satisfaction and its various dimensions and turnover intention. And the correlati on between job satisfaction and turnover intention are discussed in this thesis. The survey results showed that job satisfaction and its dimensions are negatively related with turnover intention. And comprehensive with the regression model established, obtain the final conclusion that the four dimensions of job satisfaction and turnover intention are showed a significant negative correlation, while the work group satisf action and turnover intention does not exist a negative correlation. According to the different group of management of A enterprise to formulate the measures to impro ving their job satisfaction, and finally reduce its overall turnover target.
