Employee’ turnover is an important behavior that affects the development of enterprises, the study of employee’turnover intention is an important research topic in the field of human resources. As the post-80’s college studentsand the post-90’s college students begin to come upon the stage, new employee’turnover rate and the frequency of work replacement rise significantly. New employee’s turnover intention research has become more meaningful. There are many reasons that affect turnover intention. And the study on the relationship between job satisfaction and turnover intention has formed rather mature contents. But there has been very little research on the relationship between benefit satisfaction and job satisfaction. With the constant improvement of China’s economy and welfare system welfare satisfaction will be an important factor affecting employee job satisfaction and employee turnover.That the relationship among benefit satisfaction, job satisfaction and new employee’s turnover intention is the focus for the study. This article will analyze the data to see how the dimensions of job satisfaction and benefit satisfaction impact employee’s turnover intention. The article includes three parts. The first stage includes the research’s background, significance of research and review of literature. Then definition of benefit satisfaction, job satisfaction and employee’s turnover intention will be clearly defined. In the second part, in accordance with the research based on the relationship between the three variables, this chapter raises hypotheses and describes the questionnaire to collect data.Total of 668 questionnaires,624 were recovered. The thirds stage includes data analysis:descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, validity analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. Then this article will get the conclusion according to the analysis.The results prove that benefit satisfaction have a significant effect on turnover intention. Three dimensions will influence one’s turnover intention through job satisfaction. Finally enterprises can improve the management of benefits productivity according to the research.
