Study On The Optimization Of Industrial Structure In The Ecological Protection Development Area Of ​​Southeast

The southeast of Chongqing is a major component of Wuling Mountain, which consists with concentrated destitute areas, is the short board of economic and social development in Chongqing, and is the key areas of national poverty alleviation. In face of this severe situation, the southeast of Chongqing should find an effective breakthrough in order to realize the leap-forward development of regional economy. There exists an close interaction between industrial development and economic development. So analyze and research the economic development of southeast of Chongqing with the view of industrial structure evolution is not only rational and feasible, but also has great theoretical and practical significance.The research results about the industrial structure of experts and scholars at home and abroad is very rich, but there also exists some obvious disadvantages, so we should be dialectical to treat with this previous research results and methods. This article starts with three aspects, that is, the rationalization of industrial structure, the high-level of industrial structure and the choice of leading industry, using multiple indexes to analyze the current industry development of the southeast of Chongqing. Pointing out that the industrial structure is unreasonable, the level of industrial development is low, and the selection of leading industry is not scientific, and so on. The causes of these problems are the restriction of natural ecological environment, the lower economic development level, the implementing effect of industrial policy is not obvious, and the supporting system of production factors is not perfect, etc.Five functional areas strategy defines the southeast of Chongqing as Ecological Protection Region, this function will promote the area to speed up the adjustment of industrial structure. In this paper, using SWOT framework to analyze the effect the Five functional areas strategy imposes on this area’s industrial structure adjustment. To build a well-off society, the southeast of Chongqing should develop the ecological agriculture, foster regional leading industry, exert the driving effects of tourism industry, focus on the development of modern service industry and build a perfect supporting system of production factors. Only in this way, can we take concrete measures to optimize the regional industrial structure,and forming a dynamic "featured" industrial structure with regional comparative advantage eventually.
