In the past few years, China’s real estate market has been further developed, also will produce a lot of problems. With the city’s housing prices continue to rise, the housing problems of low-income groups catch more and more attention of the parties. Constructing of affordable housing and affordable housing system has become a hot topic.Based on the Chinese real estate market and affordable housing system, the article establish a theoretical framework includes affordable housing and commercial housing in an income heterogeneity perspective. Considering the different ages,income groups and quality of real estate, we analyze the impact of different policies of affordable housing. In addition, we analyze the impact of credit policies, population and supply factors. |
