Commercial Bank Personal Credit Risk Control

In the deepening of China’s reform and opening up in the background, the rapid growth of the domestic economy, consumer attitudes of residents are gradually improving, consumer credit has become the focus of major commercial banks to develop business. With economic liberalization and globalization of the financial industry, commercial banks pay more attention to personal credit business, which the bank profits in the proportion is growing. But with respect to Japan, Korea and Western countries, the development of China’s personal credit history is not long, their awareness of risk management and control is not strong, so the study of domestic commercial bank personal credit risk management and control, there is a theoretical value and practical significance.This paper is based on actual case studies, its object ZX Bank Yunnan Branch, analyze the bank’s individual credit risk management and control issues, and to study the causes of the problem, and finally the establishment and improvement of commercial bank personal credit risk management mechanism. Throughout the research process, drawing on the theoretical and empirical commercial bank personal credit risk management and control of the relevant overseas, combined with China’s commercial banks personal credit risk management and control situation, the use of comparative analysis, targeted to identify problems, analyze and solve problems. The article also through the car loan risk cases, second-hand housing mortgage loans and other risk cases, to fully integrate theory with practice, for in-depth study of the factors behind the problem is very helpful.Personal credit is the inevitable product of economic development is to promote social spending have hands, pushing this research to other commercial banks to enhance credit risk management and control individuals have a certain significance.
