Nowadays, the market competition is increasingly fierce, customer demand integration of the more "personalized" elements. In the face of these increasing uncertainty, companies vigorously shorten product life cycles, shorten product lead time, improve customer service levels and production efficiency, in order to provide customers with personalized service and products. Improving customer satisfaction has become a new trend that modern enterprise pursue competitive advantage. Mass customization is a way to meet the low-cost, efficient, personalized, quick response to customer demand mode of production. Logistics services based on mass customization is an enterprise’s some part of logistics services use a large-scale Custom mode, logistics service providers not only to meet customer personalized, diversified requirements, integration of the advantage of mass customization, for example high-quality, low-cost, high-efficiency. postponement strategy is an progressive development supply chain management strategy that in order to adapt to a Mass customization mode, it can help companies reduce customer demand forecasting risk and enhance flexibility of organizational structure, and quickly adapt to market environment.The first chapter is an introduction. Introduces the research background, the main problem of this study, research methods, innovation.The second chapter is a literature review. The main research literature on the theory of mass customization, logistics services, postponement strategy, and related literature was reviewed.The third chapter defines the definition of logistics services, the feature of logistics service, the capabilities of logistics service, describes the process of logistics service in the mass customization environment, to build the mass customization logistics service capabilities system, then from the concept of postponement strategy and models to start, use and inventory theory, queuing theory methods to establish logistics service process delay model. Discusses the postponement strategy in two case, that are consider the customer waiting time and does not consider waiting time, in-depth analysis of the change of product delays proportion how impact of strategy of the enterprise.The fourth chapter select a logistics service system of company that named A to research on the specific application of the delay tactics in real life, to verify delay strategy how much to solve the actual problem, as well as analysis of the risk of enterprises using delay tactics and research the measures to avoid the risk.The fifth chapter is the conclusion. First, summarizes the research and points out the major innovations and the main contribution of this paper. Also pointed out the lack of research and the focus of this article in follow-up studies should continue to conduct further research.
