With consumer demand for personalized continues to expand, more and more product packaging importance in enterprises. Similarly, as the initial point of logistics and transport processes, packaging plays a decisive role in the whole logistics activities. Everything is hard in the beginning, there is no basis for good packaging, logistics and transport activities then the other can not be achieved, it affects the flow of logistics and transport situation considerably. In the manufacturing and e-commerce is facing increasingly fierce global competition situation, and with the increasingly frequent international trade logistics and accelerate the standardization process, scale, containerization and standardization has become the development trend of modern logistics and transport-- optimization of logistics processes, increase the risk and cost of logistics efficiency and reduce logistics role, and so these more and more attention around the world. And to ensure the rationalization of the entire modern logistics of orderly, modern standard, low cost and high efficiency, the most fundamental way, and effective protection is to achieve standardization of logistics packaging. Therefore, how to develop a reasonable logistics package size to achieve standardization of logistics packaging, how to make full use of space resources, logistics and packaging, minimizing logistics costs and handling costs is an important issue to be solved.This paper from the higher requirements of modern logistics and repositioning of packaging, firstly describes the concept of standardization of packaging development and the environment at home and abroad, and then combined with logistics package normalization theory, through specific cases--- for A Group subsidiaries GSSD---Computer Components product variety, a huge number of features, re-integration and standardization of design analysis and optimization, and use EPE(EPE) can tensile properties designed for product dimensions spring EPE packaging, to accommodate variability GSSD current products. At the same time in different sizes depending on the product classification, the application of the current domestic and international logistics package size range within the box and carton design, and fit standard size pallets(tray). Finally, through a number of tests to verify the package(temperature and humidity cycling test, vibration test and packaging products packaging products drop test, etc.) and cost analysis to ensure the feasibility of the program. Protection of various properties of the buffer structure can meet customer requirements and standards, but also to replace the non-green sponge difficult to degrade, in line with the trend of green packaging design.The thesis that only adhere to the continuous improvement of logistics and packaging standardization, in order to establish a more scientific and reasonable packaging design, packaging materials using reasonable, so not only can play a protective packaging products, increase the role of aesthetics, but also can make products in circulation process, reducing costs and losses for the country to save resources, reduce costs for enterprises.
