Research On Green Packaging Design Of SCR Products Of Faurecia Yinlun Company

With the rapid development of logistics,the volume of cargo transportation is increasing,and the damage rate of goods is also high,which makes people pay more and more attention to the role of transportation packaging.At the same time,it is forced to protect the environment and save the resources.The green problem of transportation packaging is becoming more and more prominent.How to reduce the pollution of the environment from the angle of transportation packaging has become a key problem for the enterprises to build up the corporate image and win the social status.In this paper,the transport package of SCR products produced by Faurecia Yinlun company as the research object.First,it is based on the research findings at home and abroad,combined with the analysis of the transport package status of SCR products.Through analysis,it is found that there are problems existing in transportation packaging,such as packaging materials are not environmentally friendly,packaging technology is not scientific,packaging box design is unreasonable,and packaging recycling rate is low.Secondly,in view of the existing problems,the green packaging scheme for SCR products produced by Faurecia Yinlun company company is designed,including the items and principles of the green package design of SCR products,the general ideas and steps of the green package design of SCR products,content of the green package design of SCR products: the selection of green packaging materials for SCR products,the choice of the green packaging technology of SCR products,design of green packing box for SCR products and green packaging recycling of the SCR products.According to the research on the above contents of green packaging,two green packaging schemes of carton and wooden box for SCR products were designed.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to evaluate the degree of greening of the two packaging schemes,and the best plan is chosen--carton packaging scheme.Finally,the cost benefit analysis of the optimal scheme is carried out,and the investment recovery period of the calculation scheme is calculated,which proves the feasibility of the carton packing scheme from theeconomic aspect.The conclusion of this study will provide a theoretical reference for the research on green packaging of SCR products produced by Faurecia Yinlun company.
