In recent years, with the continuous development of network transformation, the Agricultural Bank of China Inner Mongolia branch is expanded, the layout of the structure is more reasonable, the service ability to further strengthen, continuously improve the net, per capita profitability. But from the trade competitiveness, ABC network based management level, business development level and profitability are four bottom outlets, the market competitiveness is not strong, and the ABC network within the most urban and rural areas, involving two areas,131counties, the operating chain length, the management difficulty is big, the risk hidden trouble is much, is the seat of the source cases. This paper from the angle of empirical research, the use of based on fine management theory, using the method of empirical analysis, starting from the current situation of Inner Mongolia branch network of business development, on the basis of in-depth analysis of network development, network development trend of demand and network development bottleneck, puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions of ABC network fine management.This thesis consists of four parts. The first part is introduction. Including research background and significance, research purpose and research contents and methods. The second part studies the development situation of Inner Mongolia branch of Agricultural Bank of China outlets. Summary of the bank outlets geographic distribution, dot classification, the overall trend and features of the construction and development of network. The third part studies the Agricultural Bank Inner Mongolia branch network management is facing challenges and problems. Analysis of the Internet financial background, outlets facing the loss of customers, the loss of deposits, profits narrowing and other issues; and points out that the site layout is not reasonable, dot post configuration lack internal performance evaluation, dot is not in place, the difficulty of the questions network risk management etc.. The fourth part studies the network of fine management countermeasures and suggestions. Clear dot classification management, post setting, performance appraisal, operation management, human resources, risk management and so on six aspects of the strategy. From the process of construction, system construction, operation and management, the support of science and technology and mechanism improvement in five aspects to strengthen network construction proposal.
