Research On The Application Of Contract Energy Management In Telecommunication Enterprises

Telecom enterprise began to emphasize the low carbon green network, economy,energy-saving emission reduction has become the main goal of telecom industrychain each link. Out of the internal need to enhance the core competitivenessof sustainable development, China’s three major telecom companies have beenput on the agenda to energy conservation. Costs meant that profit growth,energy management contract in a fierce market pressure on, struggling to findnew revenue models for telecom operators, is out of a "prescription". Energymanagement contract (EPC) as an effective energy-saving mechanism based onmarket was used in energy saving and emission reduction projects intelecommunication enterprises, has the extremely important influence andprofound significance to the development of enterprise energy-saving emissionreduction. The article used the PEST method to the contract energy managementof necessity and feasibility analysis from the policy, economy, society andtechnology in energy saving and emission reduction projects, Shanxi Unicomas an example, using contract energy management methods, the implementationof control and evaluation of the project, analyzes the key factors influencingthe success of the contract energy management, and points out the problemsof contract energy management of telecom enterprise, and puts forward somesuggestions to promote its development, in order to promote the applicationof energy management contract in energy saving transformation of TelecomEnterprises.
