Induction Governance: Path Choice Of Urbanization Of Landless Peasants

Urbanization as a modern inevitable trend in the current development of human societyprovides an important impetus for economic development in the modern society. However, theprocess of urbanization is as a basis of contributing to economic progress and prosperity of society,and makes the life of farmers groups suffered a great shock. At the current stage of further andpromotion of the urbanization process, which makes landless peasants with feature of “landless,jobless, no protection " continue to expand, thus it becomes one of the prominent part of the "newagriculture ", which is the focus phenomenon the current government and social concerns.Thus, solving the problems of landless peasants has become the focus of the sociol-economicresearch and practical work of the field. For this reason, we have to pay attention to the livingsituation of landless peasants. We should clearly realize the change of lifestyle and employmentpatterns in case of leaving the land, and determine the difference of the farmer groups withtraditional farmers and citizens, explore the trend of farmers’ living standards in the process andthe intrinsic motivation of such changes. This article presents relevant research from theperspective above. Landless peasants have become special vulnerable groups community concernand care widely; many problems need to be addressed, no matter the determining of compensationstandards, or the building of security system, etc. All need get a comprehensive and in-depthdiscussion, so as to provides a comprehensive reference to sustainable development of suchgroups, and provide a reference for the early formation of an effective response to the problem oflandless peasants path and framework.This paper selected T village as the research object, carrying case discussions andinterviewing with peasants face to face, which serves to collect and organize theoreticalperspectives and factual basis of landless peasants. The survey shows the problems of T Villagelandless peasants, such as, hard for maintain living standard for a long time, pessimisticemployment situation, missing of security problems, etc. Therefore, the article researches theinductivity governance of the government, that is how the burden of public policies to encouragefarmers towards citizens development, meanwhile help farmers avoid the risk of transformation,and lead the transform of production mode of landless peasants.
