Study On Resettlement Of Landless Peasants In The Process Of Urbanization Of Yi Ning City

The syudy on landless peasants in China has been a major topic in transition period of China. In recentyears，as China’s three process nameed agriculture industrialization, Urbanization, industrialization carriedforward,the the demand for land of city became much more.A large number of rural collective landexpropriation in urbanization., which bring enormous number of landless farmers groups. At present theproblem of landless peasants has become an unavoidable social problems, so how well placed for landlessfarmers and protect their lives after losing, practical significance is enormous. Especially in thismulti-ethnic neighborhoods of Xinjiang, the resettlement of landless peasants even more important, isdirectly related to social harmony and stability. At present, some parts of the peasant resettlementcompensation and other issues due to the phenomenon of petition, landless peasants requirements areproperly placed, improving land compensation demands very strong. Properly and scientifically for theresettlement of landless peasants already become very urgent, it has become the national good levels oflocal government must complete important tasks.In this paper, Yining was specifically selected and also selected four typical rural of landless peasants,expand questionnaires and field interviews. This paper discusses the perspective of the government stoodYining resettlement of landless peasants. Land compensation standards should reflect the marketvalue of the land compensation to be paid promptly and in place; while landless peasants to increasere-employment training, employment continues to create new jobs, build affordable housing and residentialplacement, and ultimately improve the landless peasants social security system.
