Research On Improving The Employment Ability Of Landless Peasants

The problem of landless peasants has become a sensitive issue and social focus in our times.But the policy focus and solutions of landless peasants are mainly focused on the revision of land requisition compensation policy and the regulation of government behavior in land acquisition process.Economic development and urbanization and urban development on the basis of a large number of farmers land was levied for the construction of urban development projects,agricultural land was converted to industrial or other construction land,the number of landless peasants gradually increased,the loss of land The living environment of farmers 'families is seriously threatened,which hinders the development of urban and rural integration and the quality development of urbanization in Zhengzhou High-tech Zone,and this part of the landless peasants' ability to improve their reemployment has become the society that Zhengzhou Hi-tech Zone government has to solve Contradiction,therefore,this study of Zhengzhou high-tech zones landless peasants re-employment ability to enhance the issue of great significance.The research indicates that the problems of the employment capacity upgrading of the landless peasants in the high-tech zones of Zhengzhou mainly lie in the problems of professional technical ability,the ability of obtaining employment information,and the ability of self-learning.Analysis of Zhengzhou High-tech Zone Government is mainly due to Zhengzhou High-tech Zone policy implementation is not enough,the employment information platform is not perfect,the training system is imperfect.The paper points out that the problem of the employment ability upgrading of the landless peasants in Zhengzhou High-tech Zone mainly lies in the problems of professional and technical ability,employment information acquisition ability and self-learning ability.Analysis of Zhengzhou High-tech Zone Government is mainly due to Zhengzhou High-tech Zone policy implementation is not enough,the employment information platform is not perfect,the training system is imperfect.The author draws the advice from the land-losing peasants themselves and the high-tech district government,after drawing lessons from the experience of improving the employment ability of the landless peasants at home and abroad.That landless peasants should actively participate in training and re-education,improve employment-related skills,enhance the learning ability of landless peasants.Strengthen their career planning,to collect employmentinformation,improve the ability of landless peasants employment information.High-tech Zone Government should actively assist the landless peasants to improve their employability,implement the relevant policies that are conducive to improving the employability of the landless peasants,improve the information release system which is conducive to improving the information-access ability of the landless peasants,and improve the basic skills training system for employment of landless peasants.
