A Study On The Integration Mechanism Of Strategic Emerging Industry Agglomeration And Science And Technology Finance In Guizhou Province

With deepening of world economic integration, the economic development ofour country is experiencing a significant change. The strategic emerging industrieswith the high technology and high-tech have gradually become a pillar of our nationaleconomy. In the early period, the development of strategic emerging industry need toinvest a lot of money for technology research, and has huge potential risks. Therefore,it is essential to introduce capital. Nonetheless, there are revolutionary significancesthat technology and capital are integrated to create more efficient and lesstime-consuming financial and technological platform.In this paper, I study the characters of industrial agglomeration of strategicemerging industry. On the basis of the analysis of financial and technologicaldevelopment in Guizhou province, I have put forward the mechanism up to theregional characteristics of the strategic emerging industries agglomeration andintegration of finance and technology in Guizhou. So this article research hasimportant theory value and practical significance. Firstly, it studies and defines theconnotations and the features of the strategic emerging industries agglomeration anddevelops its theory. Secondly, it establishes the system of finance and technology. Lastbut not the least, from the perspective of strategic emerging industries agglomeration,it sets up the system of financial and technological integration. This article research ishelpful to the sustainable development of strategic emerging industries agglomerationin Guizhou, and to realize the goal of catching up.The body of the paper is divided into six chapters. The specific arrangement is asfollows:The first chapter is introduction, which introduces the selected topic background,research significance, the related concepts, methods and innovation.The second chapter firstly generalizes the theory of industrial agglomeration, andthen from the basic theory of strategic emerging industries, studies the characteristicsand mechanism of strategic emerging industries agglomeration.The third chapter studies Guizhou financial foundation and determination, findsthe regional characteristics on the development of the financial system in Guizhou,builds a multi-level and channel diversified financial service system of science andtechnology, and provides the corresponding theoretical support.The fourth chapter summaries the scope of financial instruments, according to the characteristics of the strategic emerging industries agglomeration, finds thecorresponding financial instruments, and understands the corresponding innovation.The fifth chapter points out the mutuality of this mechanism of interaction,studies the features of the strategic emerging industries agglomeration and thefunctions of technological finance, finds the juncture between them.This paper mainly adopts literature research, simulation method, and empiricalanalysis method, etc., analyzes and researches on the financial and technologicalsystem in Guizhou. Then according to the characteristics of the strategic emergingindustries agglomeration, from the perspective of optimizing space layout planningand health development, proposes the targeted financial policies and suggestions topromote the strategic emerging industry agglomeration.
