Research On The Agglomeration And Influencing Factors Of Strategic Emerging Industries In Anhui Province

Strategic emerging industries with strategic lead,technology-intensive,great potential for development and other characteristics,on behalf of a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial reform direction,is the key industry to cultivate a new momentum and access to new competitive advantage of the industry.At present,China's economic development has entered “new normal”.We must seize this opportunity for development in strategic emerging industries to boost economic growth in Anhui Province.In order to better develop and strengthen strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province,this paper selects the data of Anhui 's16 regions from 2011 to 2016 as the research object,to measure the level of agglomeration of emerging industries in Anhui Province and further study the impact of relevant factors on agglomeration level.On the basis of an overview of the strategic emerging industries and agglomeration bases,this paper uses the Herfindahl Index to measure the overall agglomeration level of strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province;uses the index of industries concentration to measure the strategic emerging industries in industry aspect,uses the index of industries concentration and location entropy index to measure the strategic emerging industries in area aspect;establishes the dynamic GMM model to explore the influencing factors of the strategic agglomeration development.The results show that the advantages of the New generation of information technology,High-end equipment manufacturing industry,New material industry and Energy saving and environmental protection industry are remarkable,and other industries are not significant.The industrial agglomeration degree of the overall strategic emerging industries in Anhui is not high,but the agglomeration degree of emerging industries in three cities of Hefei,Wuhu and Bengbu is higher,while the other cities' industrial agglomeration advantages are not significant.The agglomeration development of strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province is mainly affected by the level of enterprise innovation ability,industry associationdegree,labor cost,market scale,human capital,transportation conditions,government support and opening factors.Enterprise innovation ability,inter-industry correlation degree,market scale,government support and opening to the outside world factors have a positive influence on the development of strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province.Among these factors,the level of enterprise innovation ability,market scale and government support have great influence on the development of strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province.Based on the above research,policy suggestions can be made to the strategic emerging industries in Anhui Province from the following five aspects: first,perfecting the infrastructure construction of strategic emerging industries;second,optimizing the spatial development pattern of strategic emerging industries;third,strengthening Strategic emerging industries personnel team building;fourth,a clear strategic emerging market size of the industry;fifth,give full play to the government to take all factors into consideration,coordinate and promote the functions.
