Process optimization goal.And ERP system is the most important one of the ten SH217engineering construction projects, and it is the core of the information platform construction in Shenhua Group. To speed up the implementation of SH217engineering and ERP information project will strongly promote the standard, refinement and high effectiveness of the group’s internal management, to realize the optimization of enterprise management.As the core subsidiary of Shenhua Group, Shenhua Zhungeer Company officially launched the ERP project on January24,2013. With the joint efforts of all aspects, at present, the periodic tasks of the project has been completed on schedule, and the project was officially launched on November12,2013. By analyzing the concrete application of ERP system in Shenhua Zhungeer Company, this paper puts forward the possible risks in ERP system and the corresponding measures for the problems, and finally draws the conclusion that ERP system plays an important role in transformation of management style, streamline configuration, costs cut, solution to the management problems, and improvement of business efficiency and revenue, etc. By using ERP system, the head of the company is expected to find the effects of ERP system, to give up the old management mode gradually, and to create a new management mode, making the management level of the company improve greatly and substantially. Using the ERP system is a wise choice for Shenhua Zhungeer Energy Co. Ltd. in its construction period, and plays an active role in the reform of state-owned enterprises.
