Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Tax Service Satisfaction Of Inner Mongolia Local Taxation Bureau

At present, China proposed to let the taxpayer satisfaction and compliance with tax law continuously improve. In this context, how to improve local tax services, and effectively improve taxpayer satisfaction with the current level has become a long-term focus of collection work and also faces arduous task in Inner Mongolia local taxation bureau. This paper analyzed the use of a questionnaire survey on the advantages and shortcomings of current land tax in the tax services in Inner Mongolia was analyzed by the reality of the existence of demand factors affecting customer satisfaction and Inner Mongolia land tax taxpayers. On this basis, the combined American ACSI model established Inner Satisfaction tax land tax, land tax, Inner Mongolia constructed tax service satisfaction evaluation index system, using AHP to determine the weight of each index weight, then Inner Mongolia land tax on taxable services satisfaction comprehensive evaluation. In the last article proposes four conditions to ensure the smooth implementation of this index system. This article expect the tax service satisfaction by building evaluation index system, provide reference for improving the Inner Mongolia land tax services, and ultimately the taxpayer satisfaction and compliance with tax law continues to increase.
