In any country,tax authorities are the most important and indispensable part of the state machinery.Responsible for the organization of state financial revenue and the standardization of social and economic functions.The concept of "tax service"was first proposed in the United States in the 1950s and popularized around the world in the early 1960s.In 1993,the state administration of taxation first put forward the service concept of "focusing on taxpayers" In 1996,China first put forward the concept of "tax payment service" in the reform of tax collection and management.At present,under the background of building a service-oriented government and promoting the reform of "administrative service",it is the only way for China’s tax modernization reform to build a harmonious tax collection and payment relationship and improve the satisfaction of tax payment service.Therefore,based on the research on the connotation and related theories of tax service satisfaction,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of tax service satisfaction,and then establishes an evaluation index system of tax service satisfaction,and carries out scientific weight distribution on the indicators.On this basis,empirical analysis is made on the satisfaction of tax payment service of tax bureau in L district.By designing questionnaire,analyze the score calculation,the school district in long beach,summed up the revenue in tax service problems and their causes,and put forward to speed up the conceptual change,innovation tax propaganda way,reduce the tax burden on taxpayers,strengthen tax personnel team construction,optimize and develop "Internet + tax service" ascending countermeasures,such as construction of to meet the demand of the masses,improve the tax service satisfaction.
