Corporate uniform for staff training has a certain history. Many scholars and business about corporate training system, although its definition varies, but generally agreed that the ultimate training system is to promote growth and business performance and build staff. Currently, the world’s top500companies already have their own training system. December11,2001, China formally joined the World Trade Organization (WTO) and became its143member countries. According to pre-accession commitments, China in December2006was fully open its banking sector. Whether it is the face of the knowledge economy era, or the face of competition in the financial sector after accession to the WTO, domestic commercial banks are required to sustain the ability to learn, keep track of rapidly changing technology and advanced management ideas, to adapt to future competition.Based on the background, this paper insists the theory with practice, from CCB Jiangsu Branch in the economic environment and future development strategy of human resources training, using the related theory, CCB Jiangsu Branch training management as the research object, the training system of the basic model of jiangsu province, CCB Jiangsu Branch training analysis of the current situation, find out the existing main problems and analyzes the reasons. This article mainly from the Angle of the training process system of enterprise training model training needs analysis, training plan, training course design, training activities implementation and training evaluation process for diagnosis, problems existing in optimization. From the domestic and foreign advanced enterprise in training experience, provide some based on a specific technology and method, has some of the operation. CCB Jiangsu Branch proposed the improvement of the training process system of general ideas, chief task and key work, and emphatically improve training demand analysis is scientific and pertinence, system to make the training plan, building five kinds of training course system, strengthening the training of the implementation of the implementation details and process control, perfect training evaluation system several aspects of improvement, and formed a set of expectations and effectively trained process system.In this paper, CCB Jiangsu Branch behavior templates, design a set for the bank, effective human resources training system, CCB Jiangsu Branch, close branches around the strategic objectives, to further deepen the training system, business development and personnel training with the actual needs, innovative training concepts, optimization training, improving training methods, integration of training resources, and deepen the new round of massive staff education and training, all-round increase the overall quality of the workforce, to achieve the Jiangsu branch of effective human resources development strategies and intelligence support which is where the purpose of this study.
