With the development of social productive forces,the society has entered the era of knowledge economy,and the competition for the market in the market economy is fundamentally more and more manifested as the competition for human capital.This is especially true for the banking industry.The impact of the network knowledge economy on the banking industry makes the demand for high-quality and high-quality talents more urgent for banks.For the bank’s human resource system,the healthy operation of talent management and talent reserve system is the key to guaranteeing the bank’s human capital,and employee training is an important condition for ensuring employee competency and work efficiency.Taking Yueyang Branch of China Construction Bank(hereinafter referred to as Yueyang Branch of China Construction Bank)as the research object,on the basis of reading the existing relevant literature and through the method of questionnaire survey,this paper makes a specific study on the part of employee training in the human resource management system of Yueyang Branch of China Construction Bank,so as to understand the current situation of employee training of Yueyang Branch of China Construction Bank,and according to the deficiencies in its current situation,The problems found include: lack of sound training organization,lack of strategic training planning and lack of perfect training system.At the same time,the causes of the problems are analyzed from both internal and external aspects.Based on this,following the relevant optimization principles,this paper puts forward corresponding solutions from three aspects: training organization,training project planning and training course system to optimize the employee training system of Yueyang Branch of China Construction Bank.The optimization aims to help Yueyang Branch of China Construction Bank build a scientific and reasonable human resource management system with a healthy and scientific staff training system,so as to promote the improvement of business level and management level of Yueyang Branch of China Construction Bank.Finally,this paper also puts forward the corresponding safeguard measures from the aspects of organization,system and culture,and puts forward the application scheme for the effect evaluation after implementation.With the support of relevant literature and theories,based on the actual situation of staff training in Yueyang Branch of China Construction Bank,this study has constructed a complete and scientific training system,provided empirical cases for relevant theoretical research,and also provided practical suggestions for the development of staff training in Yueyang Branch.At the same time,it is expected to bring some reference value to the optimization of employee training in the same type of enterprises.
