China has attracted the worldwide attention,she is becoming a powerful country of energyproduction as the result of the rapid economic development,thanks to this development trend,theoil industry is becoming more and more important in the society.Nowadays,the enterprises oftenignore the Corporate Social Responsibility to shareholders,government, consumers,and theenvironment.The enterprises must develop with the society together, undertake the CorporateSocial Responsibility actively,perform the Corporate Social Responsibility comprehensively,thiswill help the enterprises become responsible to the society and itself.China National PetroleumCorporation(CNPC) as the leader enterprise of the oil industry, has the inescapable responsibilityon the protecting of national energy security,the stabled supplying of energy,the profitdisposition of shareholders,the convenient product service of consumers,the mutual benefit andwin-win result of cooperative partners,the protecting of the environment and the contributing ofcharities.This article sets CNPC as the example,according to the contents of the Corporate SocialResponsibility to shareholders, government,cooperative partners, consumers, employees,environment and the society,definite the contents of the Corporate Social Responsibilityperformance based on the theory of benefit relative,then select the index from seven aspectsabove,based on the data that published in the Corporate Social Responsibility Report of CNPCfrom the year2006to the year2013.The method of comparative analysis helps me analysis thedata changes of the indexes that I selected,with the meaning of the index,I can evaluate theperformance level of CNPC,then find out some shortcomings and throw out some suggestions,this can help CNPC do much better on performance of the Corporate Social Responsibility,andcan provide referenced opinions for other petroleum enterprises.
