Under the background of globalization, the correlation between countries has become closer than ever before. The changes of environment has closely linked with people’s daily life and also raised concerns. According to the increase in energy demand in both China and the world, the increase of traditional energy sources costs and the decline of environmental quality, not only developed countries, some developing countries such as China, India and Brazil also pay more attention on the development of wind energy. Following the leading of countries such as Germany, Danmark, UK and USA which are prior to exploitation and utilization of wind energy, the utilization of wind energy in China has developed rapidly with scale of installed capacity increased every year during this decade. Now, the scale of installed capacity of wind energy in China occupy 30% in the world. In light of this current situation, a lot of traditional energy has saved and greenhouse gas emission reduced, which was sets up an image of’a responsible nation’.It is relatively late to exploit and utilize wind energy in Yunnan province.The first wind power station built by N marked the start of the development of wind power in Yunnan. According to the authoritative valuation of weather agency, Yunnan has a vast of wind resource, the developable resources reach more than 3 billion gigawatts. With the high quality of wind resource, and an installed capacity which has been put into operation of over 3 million kilowatts, the equivalent full load using hours of Yunnan keep the lead in the country. There are a great number of enterprises which engaged in the exploitation of wind powers and the competing i s extremely heated. These enterprises have divided up the limited resources. Based on its own characteristics and orientation, Yunnan has made its 12th and 13th five-year plan. The prospect of the exploitation is promising.N is a professional developer of renewable energy such as wind energy resource. It has been eight years since it began to develop wind energy in 2007 in Yunnan. This eight years witnessed a development of starting from scratch and a process of expanding from small to big. It has a scale of installed capacity of more than 700000 kilowatts, which is in a leading position in the industry no matter the scale or the quality of the development.Taking the N Wind Power Generation Co. Ltd. as object of study, this thesis make a detailed strategic analysis and find out the problem of the enterprise according to the environment from both inside and outside of the enterprise as well as the environment of the whole industry. Through the strategic analysis for the company, we make a strategic location for it from two perspectives, that is, becoming the leader in the whole industry of Yunnan, and taking the lead in both scale and effectiveness. Thus, we make for the N company the measures and tactic to carry out the strategy. This thesis will demonstrate from the perspectives of the development plan, construction schedule, production and marketing, innovation driving and cultural construction and put forward reasonable suggestions for the future development of the company.The author studies on the method of enterprise strategy and makes detailed analysis for N company according to the environment from both inside and outside of the enterprise as well as the environment of the whole industry and makes the measures and tactic to carry out the strategy. There are achievements and deficiencies at the same time, so there is still need for improvement.
