Study On The Construction Of Ecological Civilization In Shanxi Coal Enterprises

Business is to profit by producing products, companies tend to consume a lot of resources and cause lots of waste in the production process, which is the main reason for destruction of resource and environment. Therefore, enterprises should shoulder more of ecological responsibility, it is the focus of ecological civilization construction. The success or failure of the enterprise’s ecological civilization construction is related to the overall construction of beautiful China. Shanxi is known as "coal town", but after a wide range of long-term, high-intensity, low efficiency of coal mining by all coal enterprises, Now Shanxi is facing serious resource depletion and ecological crisis. Shanxi coal companies must comply with the requirements of the times, and take the road of ecological civilization construction. Therefore, this paper has important theoretical and practical significance as to develop systematic research about the ecological civilization construction of Shanxi coal enterprises.This article is mainly used Marxist ecological civilization theory as the guide theory, and based on the ecological wisdom in Chinese traditional culture, expand reach on ecological civilization construction in Shanxi coal enterprises. This paper has five parts. The first part is an introduction which concludes the purpose, meaning, research at home and abroad, researching theories, difficult points, new ideas and research methods of study. The second part mainly elaborated what the ecological civilization construction of coal enterprises is from the two aspects:the connotation and theoretical basis. Ecological civilization construction in coal enterprises are coal enterprises that are use the ecological civilization building of socialism with Chinese characteristics theory as the guide theory, on the basis of the science and technology of coal strategy, creating enterprise humanistic ecology environment, forming corporate ecol-economic values, carrying out coal production and processing systems about "coal preparation-coal mining-coal washing-selling coal" to implement green transformation and ecological management, eco-technology innovation and implementation of cleaner production, etc, set up a sound system of environmental protection and safety production, In order to realize the practical process of economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit. The third part is mainly to explore why the coal enterprises build ecological civilization. At present, the current situation of ecological civilization construction of coal enterprises, which includes the greater gap between large and small coal enterprises, the destruction incidents of the environment pollution have occurred from time to time, the governance of mine ecological environment has no substantive breakthrough. Analysis shows that there are serious issues of environmental damage, emphasizing on economic benefits, ignoring ecological values; emphasizing on exploitation, ignoring ecological protection; emphasizing on institutional settings, ignoring production supervision. The reason is summed up as the following three points:lack of ecological awareness, ecological protection is weak, ecological system is lag. The fourth part, combined with the actual situation of Shanxi coal enterprises, discussed how Shanxi coal enterprises carry out the ecological civilization construction. From the ecological spiritual construction aspect, we need to popularization of ecological knowledge, setting up ecological value, creation of ecological culture; From the ecological behavior construction aspect, we need to resource conservation, innovation the ecological technology, promote clean production, protect environment; From the ecological system construction aspect, we need to build four system, they are ecological civilization system of job responsibility, evaluation system of ecological environment quality, the ecological system of environmental information disclosure, early warning system of ecological environment. The fifth part is the conclusion and outlook.
