Research On The Evaluation Of The Coal Enterprise’s Value Under The Perspective Of Ecological Civilization

The coal enterprises as the direct coal provider have an important position in our national economic system. However, because its process of development and utilization of high energy consumption, high pollution, the construction of ecological civilization in the environment. The coal enterprises are facing double pressures from the government and the other competitors. Coal enterprises know the main stakeholder needs and enhance the value of the coal enterprises in order to resist in the increasingly fierce competition. At present, most of the existing value evaluations who evaluating the enterprise value of the assets are ignoring other relevant factors and Background of times, which makes the evaluation results divorcing from reality and limitations. Therefore, the urgent thing is to establish a comprehensive system of the coal enterprise value evaluation system.Summing up the definition of the relevant concept of the enterprise value and the correlation theory, the relationship between ecological civilization system of coal enterprises and coal enterprise value are analyzed. It shows that the construction of ecological civilization relates to economic growth subsystem, resources and energy utilization system, environmental protection system and human development subsystem. Because of the four subsystems, the coal enterprises should pay more attentions to enhancing the economic value, resource value, environmental value and social value. Using the coal enterprise value creation model, it analysis that creating values is mainly related to two aspects which are the coal enterprise production elements and the combination of production factors. What’s more, the interaction between the two aspects directly determines the creating of the coal enterprise’s values. Then based on the above researches, the factors which influencing the value of the coal enterprises were cleared.By analysis the coal enterprises value evaluation index system and ecological civilization index system from domestic and foreign, the defects and problems existing in the evaluation of coal enterprise values were exposure. Combining with the characteristics of the construction of ecological civilization, the logical framework approach which including the goal, purpose, outputs and inputs in four dimensions was identified as the method of index selection. Therefore, a primary evaluation system was constructed. In consideration of the two characteristics which are data collection accessibility and index correlation, the expert investigation method were used to screen the primary evaluation system index. Then by using expert investigation method, a comprehensive system of the coal enterprise value evaluation system was constructed based on the original value of the evaluation system. Next, by using the method of analytic hierarchy process and entropy method, the index weights were determined. After constructing the matter-element extension model, coal enterprise value can be determined that the coal enterprise value belongs to which level and the ranking in the industry by using matter element evaluation method.It selects five coal enterprises to carry on the empirical research. The result of the study shows that multilevel matter-element evaluation model could enhance the applicability of the evaluation results. What’s more, the evaluation method was not only to evaluate the coal enterprise value, and it also evaluated on the economy value, resources value, environment value and social value. Because of these advantages, the in-depth reason for why the coal enterprise got the value class could be cleared. Therefore, the implementation of policies and measures were given to improve the value of coal enterprise.
