Myanmar is an exporter of agricultural products, the export of agricultural products mainly distributed in farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery, export products accounts for28.1%of the total. Since the21st century, the pattern of the regional economy has an unprecedented change, as the foundation of national economy, agricultural production and agricultural exports rapid development in the21st century, the government implemented a series of policies to promote the development of agricultural products, agricultural exports showed a trend of growth in Burma.The purpose of this paper is to Myanmar’s agricultural production and export since the21st century, this article first simply introduces the development situation of the agricultural products, myanmar is divided into production and export situation for elaboration, and analyzes its characteristics.Next to myanmar’s agricultural production and export policy is expounded and analyzed.Down again puts forward the problems existing in the agricultural exports in Burma and the reasons, such as myanmar’s economic development is slow, and decades of economic sanctions by the west, the lag and weak economy agricultural export all kinds of problems, mainly is the import and export formalities and multifarious, transportation, logistics and goods smuggling behind.And the reason of these problems is lag, the interior instability and border war.For foreign investors and partners have doubts, stopped, or reduce the money and power, a lot of agricultural products processing factory and international market sales network cannot be established.Rapid reform after the Burmese government began in2010, the enterprise huge chance to see the investing in myanmar, this is because the myanmar has superior natural conditions, and rich in natural resources.As the western economic sanctions against myanmar lifted, myanmar is heading for a broader international market of agricultural products.Myanmar’s new government will be rolled out preferential policies to attract foreign capital to invest in myanmar agriculture, promote agricultural production and export of myanmar, myanmar will continue to expand the export of agricultural products market.
