| The pharmaceutical industry play an important role in national economy and it’s the basis of the country’s economic and social development’ stability, it’s also protect the most important part of the national health. In the context of building a moderately prosperous society, both inside and outside condition benefit China’s pharmaceutical industry development, the entire pharmaceutical industry steps into the strategic restructuring, which for pharmaceutical companies is Double-edged sword. Yunnan Baiyao Group as a well-known pharmaceutical companies, but also the key enterprises in Yunnan Province, has experienced from1902to2014, nearly110years of history. It develop rapidly from2000to2006, and made "Central steady, sudden wings" strategy, then in2011transform to the "new Baiyao, big health" strategic. Its development process with industry representative. But as a pioneer in strategic transformation of the pharmaceutical industry, if combined with its dual corporate strategy and financial strategy is played a role in the transition process of Yunnan Baiyao Group, is the issue be discussed in this article. This paper selects Yunnan Baiyao Group Co., Ltd. as the research object, described its strategic transition’ type and characteristics of the strategy to study the causes of its strategic transformation of the external and the internal resources support, and finally based on financial strategy analysis of its financial performance by comparing before and after the strategic transformation to Yunnan Baiyao Group in2011and2013financial statements to analyze data objects allocated from the fund-raising, investment, profits, working capital management the four-pronged approach to evaluate the performance of the situation of Yunnan Baiyao Group strategic transformation. Explore the management method of Yunnan Baiyao Group through comparative study to understand where should be strengthen, and provide reference to the same type of business in pharmaceutical industry. |
