Study On Purchasing Contract Management Of Electromechanical Equipment For Hydropower Engineering Based On Fidic Contract Conditions

With the Chinese hydropower market international globalization, the application of FID IC in hydropower construction field is becoming a kind of inevitable outcome. Understandin g FIDIC contract conditions and mastering the spirits behind it will not only meet the needs of foreign contracting, but also improve the project management in our country so as to catch up with the international standard.It is a work for systematizing to the management of contract in the equipment purchase for Hydroelectric Projects, included the whole processes of the management of contract in the equipment purchase. The management of equipments purchase contract included an equipments invitation to bid, Evaluation of bid, the negotiation make a contract, contract performance, claim, controversy processing until end contract, etc. The quality made the purchase of good equipments, promised the equipments supplies, valid control investment, for carry out a total engineering’s target to have important meaning.This paper combines the CGGC International Company’s working practice in bidding and contract management, based on the FIDIC, aiming to discuss and study in deep depth the complete sets of equipment contract management of hydropower station.This paper analyzed the characteristics of FIDIC, by practical experience in project construction, having a deep research and study in equipment contracts management. Meanwhile, this paper sets forth the contract management process,expierence and operation from several stages which are the current status,way and method of contract management, and it also stays the importance of contract management when taking the Iran Rudbar hydropower station as an example.
