Study On The Management Issues Of A Central Processing Unit EPCC Project With The Conditions Of Contract For EPC/Turnkey Projects Of FIDIC

EPC has already been the main model in the international project area and the Conditionsof Contract for EPC/Turnkey Projects of FIDIC has received recognition and been widelyused due to its preciseness and scientific nature. Facing the situation of the increase ofinternational EPC project, it is urgent to put the Conditions of Contract for EPC/TurnkeyProjects of FIDIC Provision and advanced project management knowledge as an importantposition in the project management in China so as to improve our management level underthe Conditions of Contract for EPC/Turnkey Projects of FIDIC.In this paper, the Conditions of Contract for EPC/Turnkey Projects of FIDIC wereconnected with the project management system, the research approach of the specificationanalysis connected with the literature research and the qualitative analysis connected with thequantitative analysis were adopted. This paper took a Central Processing Unit EPCC Projectin Iran as an example, based on the existed research results and the practical projectexperience, mainly analyzed the questions and problems in the project management andstudies on the resolutions and discussed on the efficient project management model under theConditions of Contract for EPC/Turnkey Projects of FIDIC. The problem-oriented resolutionswere provided and suggested based on the analysis and study, which included studying on theConditions of Contract for EPC/Turnkey Projects of FIDIC, strengthening the lawconsciousness, implements the basic idea of the Conditions of Contract for EPC/TurnkeyProjects of FIDIC, optimizing the EPC implementation strategy, improve the riskconsciousness, emphasizing the compensation management, jointing with the competitivecompany and transfer the risk under the Conditions of Contract for EPC/Turnkey Projects ofFIDIC, enhancing the financing ability of the contractor, paying attention to the finance andtaxation plan, strengthening the QA/QC management, enhancing the planning consciousness and cost control, optimizing the procurement method, strengthening the informationconstruction and improving the document controlling level.
