Evolutionary Game Model And Simulation Study Of Negotiation Extension Process And Open Innovation Practice

Follow the pace of science and technology development, the environment of enterprise subject has became increasingly complex. In such a dynamic and complex environment, the enterprises are forced by the survival and development which need them to rely on more effective organizational skills.Playing a reasonable role that organizational ability can make the enterprises still show some competitive advantage in the case of a lack of strategic resources.This article comes from the program of Chinese National Natural Science Foundation of my mentor. This paper looks the enterprise organizational capability as a complex adaptive system and thinks that organizational processes which are guided and restrained by the organization routine are the elements in the system. The program has established the main process of enterprise organizational capability system, namely cognitive selection process,consultation and generalization process, monitoring Process and evaluation and optimization process, and several key organizational routine, namely strategic decision criterion, organizational change criterion, enterprise concept and innovation management standards.On the basis of preliminary the paper studies how consultation and generalization process,one of the key process, and open innovation routine,one of the core criterion, evolve in the enterprise organizational capability system.Firstly,this paper introduces consultation and generalization process and explain its operational characteristics and through which it will be divided into three stages. Secondly, the paper explains the open innovation routine from three dimensions, namely the business model, openness and absorptive capacity, and then describes how the consultation and generalization process and open innovation routine act through this three dimensions. In this process the paper presents the echo model of a business model and established an evolutionary game model with the consultation and generalization process and open innovation routine.Then analyzes the evolution game model and draws the related conclusion.Thirdly, this article has conducted the simulation research using MATLAB and validates the conclusion of evolutionary game.Finally, the paper puts forward the deficiencies in the process of this study and future research directions.
