Nagu Town is one of the famous Muslim Neighborhoods in Yunnan Province, known as the "handicraft village" and "township enterprises in town". Since reform and opening up, Hui private enterprises in Nagu Town have formed a unique management model and the development of ideas, by fully utilizing Islamic culture resources and combining Islamic culture and modern enterprise management integration, which promote economic and social development of Nagu. Therefore, take this article Hui private enterprise in Nagu Town as research purpose. The key factors in Islamic culture which Promote the development of Hui private enterprise in Nagu are analyzed.The conclusion provides a reference for promoting local Muslim enterprise development and taking Islamic culture into market operationsFirstly, situation development of private enterprises had been done by reading the relevant literature and combining field research. Secondly, make use of content analysis method to extract the key factors promoting Islamic culture Nagu Hui private enterprise growth, and design questionnaires related to cultural factors、factor analysis, build a more scientific system of cultural factors by reliability and validity analysis, and qualitative analysis of each influence factors also had been done. Thirdly, the use of AHP Islamic cultural factors to analyze though weighting system, provide Nagu Hui private enterprise development suggestions by the weight of the analysis results. Analysis results were as follows Development Status Nagu Hui private enterprises were as follows:private economy dominated; industrial manufacturing developed; modern joint-stock enterprises rapidly increased, which there are also problems: financing difficulties, cultural industry development has lagged behind, Low quality of employees, In this paper, the final extract Fifteen cultural factors and weights in descending order were seen below: religious spirit, mercantilist ideas, market-oriented, religious, honesty, family businesses, by the Church of education, unity, cooperation, non-materialistic, social responsibility, tenacity and hard work, fair trade, with the times, adventurous, thrift, and cultural factors can be divided into Four categories and weights descending order: religion, mercantile spirit, business norms, ethical virtues, respectively serve to strengthen the internal cohesion of the enterprise provide business motivation, standardize business operations, creating the role of good Corporate atmosphere. Based conclusions above, the paper provided following recommendations:to enhance staff religion, enhance cohesion; correct understanding of mercantile spirit, broaden business development path; comply with business guidelines, develop informal finance. Promote ethical virtues, and optimize enterprise development environment.
