As the fast development of the logistics financial industry, solving the consumer credit problem becomes more and more emergency. The State Council of the People’s Republic of China published the Twelfth Five-year Plan to develop consumer credit rapidly. People’s consumer habit has changed with the sustained and rapid growth of the national economy. At the same time, the successive publishing of relevant regulations and policies, the gradually improvement of the social credit system, the extensive popularization of different kinds of credit card and the universal relevance of online hire purchase have pushed consumer credit to be one of the effective solutions to earn the competing interests. This especially highly broadens the profit channel to logistics enterprises and financial institutions. After analyzing the develop situation and characteristics of the seller’s consumption credit in depth, this paper set up relevant coordination models to provide the retailer, the manufacturer and the financial institution effective solutions to make optimal decisions under a decentralized decision-making situation and a centralized decision-making situation separately, as well as effective coordination to help the participants pursuing the optimal interest in total and individually. There are two aspects of significance. In theory, this paper studies the seller’s consumption credit system which composed of a manufacturer, a retailer and a financial institution based on supply chain theory. This contributes to china’s consumer credit theory. In practice, the study of the seller’s consumption credit system can enhance the management decision-making level of the retailer and the manufacturer and provide references of developing the consumption credit business for the financial institution. This paper aims to:First, considering credit consumption demand of retailer depending on credit service level of financial enterprise, the problems of the optimal ordering decision of retailer, the optimal service level decision of financial enterprise and system coordination are studied. Consequently, the centralized decision-making model, the decentralized decision-making model and the cost sharing contract coordination model are established respectively. By solving the above three models the following conclusions are derived:The optimal ordering quantity, the optimal service level and the optimal system profit of the decentralized decision-making model are all lower than the corresponding decisions of the centralized decision-making model; when the retailer shares a certain proportion of the credit cost of financial enterprise and financial enterprise shares a percentage of retailer’s unit actual product cost, the cost sharing contract can achieve the system coordination. Finally, a numerical analysis shows that the proposed cost sharing contract not only can realize the system coordination, but also can make retailer and financial enterprise achieve a win-win situation.Second, develop the cost sharing contract coordination above, this paper sets up consumer credit system models based on extended newsvendor model to make a further study on consumer credit system coordination which composed of a manufacturer, a retailer and a financial institution for pursuing the optimal interest in total and individually. At the same time, the goal of individual partner is consistent with the goal of the system. Researching for the retailer’s order decisions and encouragements from the manufacturer and the financial institution, this paper sets up decentralized decision models, centralized decision models and combined contract models based on Revenue Sharing Contract, Buyback Contract, etc. for the consumer credit system pursuing the optimal interest in total and individually.
