With the impact of the financial crisis gradually subsided, the world tourism market is fiery, although the growth rate is not high, but people travel enthusiasm, will domestic demand driven economy, have a great impact on the whole economic structure. China and Russia actively implement the full range, the diversification of the policy of reform and opening up, the economy sustained growth, peoples living standards continue to improve, and transnational tourism also is in ceaseless development.This paper will take Russia to consumer behavior Chinese tourism as an example, from the analysis of tourism, tourism destination choice, travel abroad motivation, Russian passenger choice factors, and China tourism consumer’s tourism concern factors such as consumer behavior survey.On the Russian consumers, consumer tourism destination to relax, experience of national culture and the social purpose. Tourism consumer choice to the landlord to make a choice according to their own understanding of the information and the state of the economy. Factors affecting Russia tourism consumer choice is mainly the difference factors. The Russian tourists to relax, to experience the national culture oriented. Factors of consumer concern in tourism are shopping, the local folk culture and the humanities landscape. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 200 to China Sanya tourism consumption behavior of Russian tourist information, the main purpose is to understand consumer behavior in tourism in the Russian respondents, including the cause, to Chinese Sanya buy to buy, shopping, types of goods spending, evaluation, evaluation of tourism commodities, to the quality of the goods problems of tourism in tourism, improve the service quality of Sanya advice etc.. The results show: first, Hainan tourism to open up the Russian tourist market, with the necessity and feasibility, but existing in Hainan in Russia’s lack of visibility, marketing strength is weak, the single form of marketing, tourism products obsolete, traffic inconvenience problem; Hainan tourism opening up Russian Ross facing the market overall situation is industry competition is intense, but the internal advantages outweigh weaknesses, external opportunities than threats; the main purpose of Russian tourists to Hainan is a leisure vacation, to Hainan’s tropical resources is most interested in, time is generally longer in Hainan zone, the higher the level of consumption; open up the Russian market, Hainan tourism should take 25 to 45 years old in the Russian youth leisure customer target market positioning to China, tropic island leisure resort for tourism destination image, focus on the development of leisure tourism products, the price is given priority to with economic benefits, strengthen cooperation with Russian tour operators, a variety of ways of promotion, and taken to protect the ecological environment, Hainan, Hainan and other measures to enhance soft power of tourism.
