Countproductive work behavior is important topic in the field of human resource management. In this paper,I focus on employess’ s customer-oriented counterproductive work behavior of express delivery industry on the basis of reality life, such as stealing the delivery, substituting the delivery stealthily, postponing delivery time intentionally. Therefore, research of customer-oriented counterproductive work behavior of express delivery industry is beneficial and economic to improve employee’s job performance and quality nowadays.In this paper, five independent variables are selected and dinstinguished, there are: self-control, conscientiousness, occupational stress, ethical climate, employee motivation. Then one dependent variable is comfirmed, namely customer-oriented counterproductive work behavior. Several conclusions are drew out by the analysis of structural equation modeling laying on the foundation of literature research and measurement scale summarization and questionnaire survey.Generally speaking, employee’s self-control is negative correlated with their customer-oriented counterproductive work behavior significantlys; employee’s conscientiousness is also negative correlated with their customer-oriented counterproductive work behavior significantly, namely the stronger conscientiousness level, the lower probability of their customer-oriented counterproductive work behavior occurs; employee’s occupational stress is positive correlated with their customer-oriented counterproductive work behavior significantly; organizational ethical climate is positive correlated with employee’s customer-oriented counterproductive work behavior significantly; as for the relationship between employee’s motivation and their customer-oriented counterproductive work behavior, there is no clear evidence to prove and illustrate in this paper.Among varibles of self-control, conscientiousness, occupational stress, ethical climate and employee motivation, relatively comparing, self-control affects customer-oriented counterproductive work behavior with the maximum weight, then the following is occupational stress, conscientiousness,ethical climate.
