Durging the development of practice, abusive supervision, as a negative leadership behavior, has gradually attracted scholars and managers’ attention.These abusive managements not only affect the employee’s normal life and work, but also seriously damage the development of enterprise performance and social economy. China has entered a critical period, the contradiction is more and more acute, and disharmony of labor relations has been increasing. In order to construct harmonious labor relations and reduce conflicts between leaders and subordinates, it is very important to study abusive supervision. As a research hotspot in recent years, abusive supervision has just emerged, and the research is still relatively small in China, more stress is layed on introduction and validation of the abuse supervision study by western scholars. Due to China’s special cultural background and social customs, abusive supervision is not the same as western countries.In the different leadership situations, causes, abusive supervision behavior mechanism, management strategies will exist differences.In this paper, through the research methods of literature study, questionnaire and investigation, A company’s abusive supervision status is analysed deeply to find out the existing problems and the reasons, as well as put forward the abusive supervision behavior management and control scheme. The paper aims for making the leaders deeply aware of the negative effects of abusive supervision on the healthy growth of the enterprises and the staff, so that learders can identify and manage these abusive supervision. This paper is of great theoretical and practical significance in taking corresponding measures to avoid the abuse supervision behavior on organization and subordinate by managers, and to reduce side effect of abusive supervision behavior.
