Previous studies have shown that abusive supervision can bring a lot of adverse effects on employees' mental state, and trigger employees' negative behaviors, which are harmful to organizations and society. However, the research on the relationship between leadership style and working family conflict and abusive supervision is still inadequate.Based on the theory of frustration-aggression,this research aims to explore the influence of authoritarian leadership on abusive supervision, the relationship of trait self-control and work-family conflict, and the moderating of work-family conflict between authoritarian leadership and abusive supervision.Using empirical methods, the research conducts a questionnaire survey among 323 employees. The results show that the abusive supervision scale compliled by Tepper has good reliability and validity. Then conducting anothor questionnaire on supervisors and subordinates of some enterprises, the research collects 200 pairs of effective upper and lower data. After using descriptive statistics,CFA,regression analysis and HLM,four conclusions are below:(1)Authoritarian leadership has a positive influence on abusive supervision;(2)Trait self-control has a negative influence on work-family conflict;(3)Work-family conflict has a positive influence on abusive supervision;(4)Work-family conflict is the moderator between authoritarian leadership and abusive supervision. Finally, this research has discussed and explained the results, and the promising future research directions are suggested.
