Leadership theory has been developing for many years,and the research of leadership style has always been a hot topic in academic research.In the previous research on leadership style,scholars have paid more attention to the study of positive leadership style,such as charismatic leadership,transformational leadership,moral leadership and so on.With the development of leadership style,scholars have begun to discover the destructive leadership behavior of leaders,including abusive management.Disruptive leadership style has a serious negative impact on the organization,including reducing employee's organizational citizenship behavior and endangering the physical and mental health of employees.At the same time destructive leadership is very common in real life,and every 5%-10% employee suffers destructive leadership behavior at any time.Abusive management is a typical destructive leadership style,and it is also a typical destructive leadership style.First of all,through literature review,this paper summarizes the concept,influencing factors and measurement of abusive management and employee engagement,and uses social exchange theory as the main theoretical basis to find out the breakthrough point of this study.This paper mainly adopts the method of questionnaire to conduct empirical research on abusive management and employee engagement.In this paper,abuses management is divided into rights and interests abuses,decision abuses,guidance abuses,self-esteem and abuses;employee engagement is divided into work engagement and organizational engagement.Through descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis and hierarchical regression of the data,the following conclusions are obtained: first,abusive management has a significant negative impact on employee engagement;second,the four dimensions of abusive management,abuse of rights and abuse,abuse of abuse,abuse of abuse,and self respect for the dimension of organizational dedication There are significant negative effects.Third,abuse of rights and abuse of rights and abuse of abuse also has a significant negative impact on job dedication,and the impact of abuse of decision-making and abuse of self-esteem on job dedication is not significant.Then through the case analysis of J company,it shows the harm of abusive management to the actual enterprises.The abuse of abuse management will allow employees to bear greater mental pressure,reduce the efficiency of employees and reduce the management of staff.Finally,it puts forward some management suggestions,such as improving the feedback mechanism of the company,giving enough support to the staff,giving a fair and fair reward system,and shaping the corporate culture of equal communication.
