Research On The Functional Orientation And Classification Reform Of State - Owned Enterprises In China

36 years of reform and opening up,the reform of state-owned enterprises in China has made great achievements in the operation mechanism and supervision system.But seeing from building a mature socialist market economic system,with the advance of the state-owned enterprises reform process,the complexity of the state-owned economic activity is increasing. The state-owned enterprise is still the focal problem of economic system reform.The Third Plenary Session of the eighteen points out:Accurately define the different functions of state-owned enterprises to further deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises. State-owned capital should increase the provision of public goods and services to nonprofit enterprise investment. Face the period problems of the development of state-owned enterprises, a correct understanding of the functions of state-owned enterprises,and then make recommendations for its classification reform,deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises,as well as to consolidate and develop the socialist cause has important theoretical and practical significance.This article expands research on capabilities of China’s state-owned enterprises combined with the context of China’s economic reform.
