Research On Reform Of State-Owned Enterprises In China

Reform of state-owned enterprises in China along with the advancement of reform and opening up, has gone through a journey of30years, the road of reform can be ups and downs. On one hand, because China is a socialist country, it is not realistic to use the experience of the capitalist countries on the reform of state-owned enterprises. On the other hand, as the "grope--practice--correct--re-grope--re-practice" gradual reform process, China has explored a road to the reform of state-owned enterprises with Chinese characteristics.After joining WTO and gradually made some achievements in the international market competition, the reform of state-owned enterprises is not only from the reality of China, but also needs to consider the factors of international competition. The economists concerned about the reform of state-owned enterprises in China. Therefore, we have been summarized the reform process for more than30years, and studying on the path to the reform of state-owned enterprises in China, with rich experience in the reform of state-owned enterprises with Chinese characteristics and is of great significance to the theory of socialist market economy.The goal of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China is to establish modern enterprise system. The author believes that although establishing modern enterprise system in China put forward more than20years ago, due to the modern enterprise system is the result of western capitalist countries, in China the implementation of the need for the socialist transformation, to adapt to China’s national conditions is not still fully established. This article, from the perspective of the reform of state-owned enterprises in China related theoretical basis, combined with China’s state-owned enterprises to solve current problems, from the spin out the functions of the government as far as possible from the state-owned enterprises, and to distinguish between the double properties of state-owned enterprises were analyzed, and puts forward classification management is the basic path of the reform of state-owned enterprises at the present stage in China.
