China’s economy have stepped into a new state after 2005 that overproduction makes oversupply, only the outstanding entrepreneurs and efficient business can survive in such special period. The outstanding entrepreneurs and efficient business can develop rapidly and become leader in the market finally, however, entrepreneurs with mismanagement and inefficient enterprises are facing losses and exit the market ultimately. The key to gain market share in the fierce competition is to have enterprises’ competitiveness which helps companies find market demand more quickly and provide effective supply to make profits and gain continuous development. How to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in all respects has become the core issue of sustainable development of enterprises.The internal employee communication of enterprise is a kind of network connection based on information and knowledge sharing that interdepend and mutual influence each other. Studying the characteristics of this communication network will be helpful to guide enterprise efficient obtain information, resources and technology in the network system structure. We will research corporate communications network characteristics from three dimensions:network centricity, "structural hole" and connection strength, and make knowledge sharing as intermediary variables, to measure the corporate competitiveness in four dimensions:enterprise innovation ability, enterprise culture, market capacity, the internal management ability.This paper adopts the method that combined literature research with empirical research, with a large number of literature, find the breakthrough point of the study and establish the research model, and then put forward the theoretical hypothesis; the empirical analysis part of the questionnaire use SPSS20.0 to make reliability test, validity analysis, when correlation analysis and regression analysis was carried out on the relevant variables; and verify the foregoing 12 hypothesis of this article; using AMOS 17.0 to make intermediary effect analysis, and verify the thirteenth hypothesis of this article.The results showed that:(1) the stronger centricity of the employees in the communication network, the greater positive influence to enterprise competitiveness; (2) the more stronger "structural hole" characteristics of employees in the communication network of enterprise, the greater positive impact on innovation ability and market ability, but it has a little influence on the enterprise culture construction and internal management; (3) the more stronger connection of employees in the communication network, the greater positive influence on enterprise culture construction, but it has a negative relation with innovation ability, when it has little impact on market ability and internal management ability; (4) knowledge sharing plays a partial intermediary role in employee communication network characteristics and corporate competitiveness.On one hand, this paper enrich the perspective of enterprise competitiveness research, set up bridge between staff communication network characteristics and enterprise competitiveness; on the other hand, knowledge sharing as a intervening variable introduced in the model, fully affirmed the important role of knowledge sharing within the organization.
