Knowledge has become an inseparable part of corporation organization in this era with advanced technology. According to Francis Bacon’s saying that knowledge is power, an organization needs knowledge to get power. in other words, each member in an organization possesses his own knowledge which could be fully realized only when the members can share with each other. However, question occurs when each member has his or her own value which differs from another. Finally, this paper focuses on organization communication and knowledge sharing.This study takes company R in Guangzhou, Guangdong province as an example, by referring to relevant studies, interviews, sending questionnaires and other methods, exploring the influence of organization communication on knowledge sharing, furthermore, the adjustable role of knowledge dynamic degree made to the knowledge sharing.The research shows that Organizational Integration in organization communication plays a less important role than expected in knowledge sharing; communication atmosphere plays an important role in knowledge sharing; Superior-subordinate communication plays an important role in knowledge sharing; Horizontal Communication plays an important role in knowledge sharing; Media quality plays an important role in knowledge sharing; knowledge dynamic degree plays a partial-important adjustable role in regulating communication atmosphere and knowledge sharing.
