Current ecological asset research focuses on a regional or national ecological assessment of the total assets(static ecological asset research. However, with the market economy and the advance of the globalization process, interflow of commodities between the different regions becomes frequent, the phenomenon of regional natural resources or ecological services across regions to realize its value(ecological asset space transfer) in today’s world is very common in regional economic exchanges and cooperation. And this paper discusses the principle and essence of science, and research and utilizes different regional ecological and economic and social assets, which is in favor of the regional economic cooperation and provides scientific theoretical guidance of social coordination and promotes regional coordination, regional co-prosperity and interregional fairness, promotes cross-regional social and economic sustainable development.Northwest Yunnan Shangrila is the main forest region in Yunnan, which has fragile ecological system, and assets change of its land ecological system(especially its forest ecosystem) is obvious. Especially with the rapid development of tourism, spatial transference of ecological asset becomes more and more obvious. Therefore, research on characteristics and effect of spatial transference of ecological asset is of great significance.Based on remote sensing image data and the social and economic statistical data, the author uses the value evaluation method of ecosystem services and the model of natural resources assets transfer to assess and calculate the spatial transference of ecological asset of Shangrila. Besides, the author analyzed the ecological and environmental effect caused by spatial transference of ecological asset. The main research contents and conclusions are as follows.I. The study suggests that there are some steps of spatial transference of ecological asset: judging spatial transference ecological service type; getting ecological asset information through the ecosystem services value evaluation; judging the amount of ecological assets transfer, radiation intensity, distance by the use of natural resources asset transfer model breaking point model and field model; Analysis of ecological assets space transfer effect.II. The results showed that the total value of ecological asset transfer in Shangrila city in 2012 is 3.213 billion yuan, in which, the physical form of natural resources value is 1.515 billion yuan, ecosystem services value is 1.698 billion yuan. The natural resources transfer of physical form accounts for 21.38% of Shangrila, the value of ecosystem services of Shangrila city in 2012 accounts for 13.56% of the total value of the ecosystem services. From the point of transfer direction, natural resources concentrate on Yunnan provincial capital Kunming, some parts get to Dali and Xiaguan city. A few specialities such as tricholoma matsutake transfer abroad.III. Studies have shown that on the one hand, ecological asset transfer, bring the increase of income for Shangrila; on the other hand, ecological environment is damaged, ecological security is threatened. Therefore, we should establish a suitable ecological compensation scheme by policy compensation, compensation funds, technology service compensation, setting up regional cooperation mechanisms, and by means of government and market, regulate the relationship between ecological interests among stakeholders, which is particularly important.Study on spatial transference of ecological asset is a new complex of task, due to my limited theoretical knowledge and research level, coupled with the difficulty of information collection, the model of ecosystem service transfer value, and shift of ecological asset remain to be further in-depth study in the future.
