Study On The Mechanism And Regulation Mechanism Of The Integration And Development Of Industrial Parks In Changsha City

Integration Industry-city is a kind of development status of industrial park city function fit and space fusion, is a new trend in the world’s industrial park development. Therefore, it is important for promoting the integration of production city park development to study production integration of the city industrial park and improve the development status of the park. And Changsha as one of the central cities in the central region, whose characteristics of industry-city integration of industrial park and problems has representative, this paper the process status of industry-city integration can provide a reference for the construction of industry-city integration of industrial park in central region.Based on the existing research of the new urban theory, this paper further analyzes the industrial development, supporting construction, traffic construction, the balance of employment, land use and other status of industry-city integration in Changsha Industrial Park. Accordingly, this paper hackle and construct a development mechanism and establish the evaluation index system of industry-city integration in Changsha Industrial Park, and use fuzzy matter-element method and other mathematical model to measure industry-city integration in Changsha Industrial Park, finally industrial park in Changsha is divided into three types, and identify the main problems and reasons of the presence of different types of parks.This paper argues that the industry-city integration of industrial park was not accomplished in an action, it is affected by cities, governments, regional, industry, infrastructure, human and environmental factors, and from the separation and development of the city to the production city integration will be accompanied by a long process of development. In the overall level, there are homogeneous competition, industrial chain; a single function, structural imbalance; lack of matching, need to be improved; habitat produce light weight, functional living alienation and other problems. On the classification level, through analysis and measurement, Changsha City Industrial Park can be divided into elements of centralization, improve functional and upgrading promoted by type three types. And the different types of park their problems are different, it has significant differences. According to the integration of different production problems and the overall level of classification level of industry-city integration of industrial park in Changsha, this paper put forward regulatory pathways of guide three categories of space and building the four fusion mechanism.
