Deepening economic and trade cooperation between China and Mongolia, the data show that in 2011 China has become Mongolia’s largest exporter and the largest investor in China and the largest import source country,2014 years, bilateral trade the breakthrough target of 400 billion yuan, reached 449.1 billion yuan, the year-on-year growth was 21.4%. Imports increased by 43.5%, up to.2014 heads of state of China and Mongolia fully on all areas of cooperation began to communicate, and establish the implementation of financial cooperation, infrastructure construction and mineral resources development of the "Trinity, co-ordination to promote" strategy. Thus between China and Mongolia trade development has great potential for development, strengthening bilateral economic and trade cooperation has become the promoting one of the important contents of the relations between the two countries. But the Sino Mongolian economic and trade cooperation development at the same time, there are also some problems and conflicts, restricts the development of relations between the two countries. In view of the development of the bilateral economic and trade cooperation and the bilateral economic and trade cooperation and development trend, it is necessary to strengthen the bilateral economic and trade cooperation strategy research and analysis. In this paper is based on the on through the years of bilateral economic and trade cooperation of relevant data and information collation, and then find the cooperation in economy and trade relationship between China and Mongolia, and for the study of the bilateral economic and trade cooperation present situation, analyzed the existing problems, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to solve the problem.
