After more than 30 years’ high-speed development stage since the reform and opening-up,China has entered a new normal.Thirteenth five-year plan also put forward:To keep economy high-middle-speed development on the basis of improving balance,inclusive and sustainable development.To promote the establishment of green low carbon cycle development industrial system,develop circular economy,promote clean utilization of coal and the expansion of clean energy. Therefore,in this context, Adjusting the industrial and energy structure actively to realize the ecological transformation of the structure is the top priority.This article selects the three most representative area in China:Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, Yangtze river delta and pearl river delta. Through the contrast analysis about relationship between the ecological evolution of industrial structure and the adjustment of energy structure,we put forward specific countermeasures in the different regions.This paper includes six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction part,mainly introduces the current background of China’s economic,energy and environment, puts forward the study significance of the relationship between the Ecological Evolution of Industrial Structure and energy structure, and summarizes related literature about the ecological evolution of industrial structure and energy structure adjustment.The second chapter is relevant concept definition and theoretical basis, defines the concept of the ecological of industrial structure and energy structure,then analyzes the several patterns and the driving force of energy structure transformation,finally analyzes internal relations of the ecological evolution of industrial structure and energy structure.The third chapter respectively from three output value and employment structure, rationalizing,upgrading and sustaining of industrial structure to analyze the trend features of the ecological evolution of industrial structure in different regions. Results show that :(1)Industrial structures of the three area were superior to the national average value during the same period,while different region had different industrial structure level,but the evolution trend was convergent.(2)Ecological levels of industrial structure of the three areas were improved in the past 20 years,especially,the speed of the ecological evolution of industrial structure was faster in Yangtze river delta region in nearly a decade. The level of rationalizing of industrial structure was the highest among the three regions,upgrading and sustaining of industrial structure had also the trend of becoming the bellwether.The speed of rational evolution of industrial structure was relatively slow in pearl river delta region,upgrading was moderate and the highest was sustainable level,but the optimized trend isnot obvious.Rationalizing and upgrading of industrial structure of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region was in a-high-level,but sustaining of industrial structure was low.The fourth chapter analyzes the differences of energy structure in different regions qualitatively and quantitatively.Results show that:(1)The coal consumption was the largest,oil second,gas and other energy accounted for a small proportion,in conformity with the condition of China’s overall energy consumption structure.(2)The energy intensity of the Yangtze river delta and pearl river delta region were similar,which were below the national average value,and energy efficiency were higher than that of beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.In addition,the energy intensity among them were approaching,gap narrowed considerably.The fifth chapter compares and analyzes the relationship between different regional ecological evolution of industrial structure and the energy structure through the construction of the autoregressive distributed lag model. Conclusions show that :(1)There are long-term equilibrium relationships between the ecological evolution of industrial structure and energy consumption structure in three areas, and different regions are different. but generally, ecological evolution of industrial structure has a promoting effect on the improvement of the energy structure.(2)Comprehensively consider short-term and long-term effects on all kinds of energy,the impact of upgrading of industrial structure on energy consumption structure is the largest,sustainable second,and that of rationalizing is minor. The sixth chapter is conclusion and policy suggestion part, summarizes the conclusions of this paper and proposes applicable policy suggestions for the ecological evolution of industrial structure and the adjustment of energy consumption structure on our country and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze river delta and pearl river delta.
